PREPARATION OF PHOTOS
FOR ONLINE EXHIBITION SUBMISSION
Pastel Society of Maine uses ShowSubmit for submission of photos to our exhibits. Send a good resolution photo, well cropped so only the painting shows (no edges or pushpins in the image), and upload via ShowSubmit's instructions. They NO LONGER REQUIRE US TO RESIZE THE IMAGES! Nice!
Show Submit has a great step-by-step explanation of how to edit your photos in order to submit your paintings online for exhibits. The instructions are for the following programs (depending on your computer platform, either PC or Mac) and can be found here: https://www.showsubmit.com/photoprep.htm
